Ducktape Flip-Flops
For my first blog post I wanted to pick something that was different. So,... here are my ducktape flip-flops!!
The materials I used to create this were cardboard, purple ducktape, green ducktape, cotton pads, and some scissors.
1. You can either trace a flip-flop that you already have or you can trace your foot.
2. Cover both flip-flops in any color ducktape you want.(purple shown above)
3. Next you want to cut a strip of ducktape about 11in. long, depending on the size of your foot.(green shown above)
4. With scissors poke a whole in the top middle part of the flip-flop.(looking at a flip-flop you already have may be helpful)
5. Fold your strap so that the ends are at the bottom.
6. Slide the strap through.
7. Hold the ends to adjust the strap to make sure it fits you.
8. Once adjusted take both ends and tape them to the bottom of the shoe.(using your main color for the flip-flop)(purple shown above)
9. Now you can tape the cotton pads on for comfurt.
10. Now you can put them on and show them to the world.

Ducktape Pen
Hi everyone!!!!! Here I am going to tell you how to make another one of my creations... The Ducktape Pen. The steps on how to create this are...
1. Pick any pen you would like to "jazz up."
2. Take any color or pattern of ducktape, and rip or cut off a peice about the length of the pen. Don't forget to leave a little room for the tip.(Zebra shown above.)
3. Take your pen and place it on the edge of the piece of ducktape(long side).
4. After you have placed your pen on the ducktape, you are going to role the pen in the ducktape.
5. Once you have done that, you can stop right here unless you want to make your pen decorative.
6. To make your pen decorative, you can add a flower, bow, etc. you make your unique pen.
7. To make a flower, you rip or cut off a little square of ducktape.
8. Make sure to now, fold 2 top ends to make a triangle at the top.
9. Make sure that there is some sticky part at the bottom.
10. Take the sticky side and put it on one side of the pen. (pink shown above)
11. Then keep going in a circular motion until you make the flower as big or as small as you want.
12. Have fun writing away!!!:):)

1. Choose any color or pattern of ducktape that you want.
2. Rip 2 strips of ducktape, at the same length.
3. Take one of your strips and lay it flat, take the other strip and lay it on top of the other one.
4. If you didn't get them perfectly aline then just trim off the sticky spots.
5. Now make sure to get a hair tie before doing the next couple steps.
6. Take your ducktape and put your fingers in the middle and pinch the ducktape until your desired look.
7. Put your hair tie in one of the folds of the bow.
8. Rip another peice of ducktape very small and wrap it around the middle of the bow and through the hair tie.
